To use our services, you must:

- Have property damage exceeding $10,000 in a disaster area declared by the Governor.
- Provide accurate and truthful information for the application process.
3. Fees and Payment
- Deposit: A $200 deposit is required to begin the application process.
- The deposit will be applied toward the total service fee of $2,500.
- The deposit is refundable up until the photo documentation process starts. Once photo documentation begins, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
- Service Fee: The full service fee of $2,500 is due upon the final preparation of documents.
- Payment Method: Payments are securely processed through our website.
4. Refund Policy
- Deposits are refundable until the photo documentation process begins. After that point, no refunds will be issued.
- The service fee is non-refundable once document preparation has been finalized.
