  • General Submission (Housing Over $1.75M Value): $1,500
    For properties valued over $1.75 million, this service ensures all documentation is completed with the highest level of care.

Additional Services

    • Copy of Photo Documentation: $300
      Includes a professionally organized and downloadable copy of all photo documentation submitted with your application.

    • Expedited Submission: $200
      Prioritize your application for faster processing and submission to the Los Angeles County Assessor’s Office.
